About Me
Executive Chef ken Sharef
As a child, just sitting on a stool in our kitchen while my mother was cooking, that is how I started to learn my craft, that set my foundation and it's the reason why I now do what I do. I believe food is a vehicle for expressing love, care, and respect for others. Food has always been a big part of our family tradition, and I have had the blessing of turning that, into a daily career.

- Sous Chef -Brookfield Zoo
- Executive Chef/Co-owner- Thom's Turkey located in Country Club Hills, IL(featured on "Chicago's Best" in 2015)
